By downloading or using the Masarro application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Masarro is an informational tracking tool, not a medical device. The app is designed to help you track workouts and nutritional intake.

We do not provide medical, dietary, or fitness advice.
You should consult with a physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, fitness program, or exercise regimen.
Any reliance you place on the information provided by the app is strictly at your own risk.

2. Data Accuracy ("As-Is" Clause)

Masarro relies on third-party, community-driven, and open-source databases (including OpenFoodFacts and an open-source workout database). While we strive to provide helpful tools, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the nutritional data, exercise descriptions, or other content retrieved from these external sources. The data is provided on an "As-Is" basis.

3. Third-Party Integrations (HealthKit and iCloud)

Masarro may offer optional integrations with the Apple ecosystem, including iCloud for data backups and Apple HealthKit for syncing health and fitness data.

You are entirely in control of enabling or disabling these features via your iOS settings.
Because these services are operated by Apple, their availability and functionality are subject to Apple's own terms of service and server uptime. Masarro is not liable for any data loss occurring within your personal iCloud storage or Apple Health database.

4. Subscription Rules and Auto-Renewal

Masarro offers full access to its features through an auto-renewable subscription priced at 10€ per year.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management and Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Refunds: Because all transactions are processed by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Customer Support.

5. Intellectual Property

The Masarro app, including its original code, design, branding, and proprietary assets, is owned by Masarro. The app utilizes open-source databases, the rights to which remain with their respective creators and are used under their applicable licenses.
